Anne’s Favorite Things

One of my very favorite things right now is being “Grammy.” Growing up, I never had much time with my own grandmothers—my paternal grandma passed before I was born, and my maternal grandma lived far away in England. When we were together, it was amazing, but those moments were few.

Because of that, being a grandma now is something I want to go all out on. I want my grands to remember me as someone special—present, loving, and full of joy. Whether it’s reading stories, playing on the floor, or sharing hugs, each moment feels like a gift. Being a grandma is my reminder to slow down, be present, and pour love into the next generation.

It makes me wonder—what do you want to go all out on? What relationships are you bringing your best, most loving self to right now?

What I'm Reading This Month

In Reset, Debra Fileta invites us to pause and take an honest look at our thoughts, habits, and patterns. With 31 practical, faith-filled steps, she shows how small daily shifts can bring big changes—helping us heal, set healthy rhythms, and move toward the life God designed for us.

It’s a hopeful, down-to-earth guide for anyone ready to let go of what’s keeping them stuck and embrace a fresh start.

Self-Care Tip of the Month

Your results in life aren’t random—they’re shaped by what you do each day. When you set an intention, follow it with consistent behavior, and repeat it over time, it becomes a habit. With practice, that habit turns into a rhythm—something steady and life-giving. Before long, it becomes second nature, woven into the fabric of who you are.

Want more peace, balance, or energy? Start with one small action you can repeat daily. Over time, those tiny choices create lasting change—helping you live as the calm, grounded, joy-filled person you’re meant to be.
