Pause. Breathe. Be.

This month, I’m sharing something very close to my heart — a necklace I had specially made as a gentle daily reminder to pause and breathe.

The word “Breathe” is engraved as a symbol of self-care, presence, and grace. It’s your cue to slow down, take a breath, and return to your best self — body, mind, and spirit.

Wear it as a reminder to care for yourself each day, breathe through the busy moments, and stay grounded in peace and purpose.

They are even cuter in person and make a thoughtful gift for a co-worker, friend, or soul sister who could use a little daily encouragement.

Self-Care Tip of the Month

“Just so you know, being stuck is a feeling, not a fact. The sooner you move your feet, the sooner God can guide your steps. Don’t overthink it — just do it.” @CEOFORWOMEN

We all feel “stuck” sometimes — unsure which way to turn, or afraid to take the next step. But remember, being stuck is only a feeling, not your forever. The moment you move your feet, even just a little, you open space for God to guide your steps.

Self-care is more than rest; it’s also courage in motion. It’s saying yes to life again — to new growth, to possibilities, to believing in yourself. When you take that first step forward, you often find that peace, purpose, and clarity begin to follow.
